The Skin is the largest organ of the body, so any changes with your hair, skin or nails is a big indicator if something is wrong.


Here are some signs that you already have healthy skin-

-your skin is hydrated enough. There is nothing more satisfying then supple and healthy skin. Unless your genetics are on your side it is highly important to ensure you are drinking plenty of fluids and watching the caffeine intake.

-You are practising sun protection daily- sun protection is a big MUST wether you are leaving the house or not. Uv rays are highly damaging to the skin and can cause long term damage if you are not well protected.
